Configuring an AI Modal
You are now ready to configure your first AI modal!
Archie gives you flexibility to customize the appearance, features and location of your AI modal and button.
Configuring an AI Modal
To configure your modal, navigate to the "Modal Configuration" tab in the let hand menu.
Standard Configuration
AI Modal Button Appearance: Select color and opacity
Max Summary World Count: Select the maximum word count article summaries
Summary Granularity: Select the level of detail to be provided in article summaries
Ad Type: Select ad type to appear in modal
Standard Display: Standard IAB ad sizes via AdSense, 3rd party integration, or self hosted
Take Over: Custom self hosted ad unit
Advanced Configuration
Engagement type l: Select which engagement type users will have access too
Read w/ AI : Article summary with a "Tell Me More" button for visitors to query additional details
Ask AI: Article: Article summary with a search box to allow visitors to ask specific questions related to the content.
Question Limit: The number of questions per session a visitor can submit.
Subscription link: A subscription link to redirect visitors once the question limit is reached.

Generating AI modal code
Once you've configured a modal, you're ready to generate the custom modal code.
To generate your modal code, press "Generate Code"
You are now ready to copy and paste your code!

Implement AI Modal Code
The AI modal code implementation is page specific implementation to give you complete control over which sections or pages of your website the AI modal button appears.
To implement the modal code:
Copy the code snippet by selecting "Copy Summary Snippet"
Paste place at the end of the <body> tag on all pages where you want your AI modal button to appear.
